Samuel Delmer

Samuel Delmer is a senior from San Antonio, Texas, majoring in Philosophy and Economics with minors in Constitutional Studies and Theology. He is currently President of the Notre Dame College Republicans. Previously, he has been Head of the Notre Dame Knights of Columbus, President of the Texas Club, President of the Alexander Hamilton Society, Student Senator from Dillon Hall, Secretary of Students for Child-Oriented Policy, and a participant in the First Liberty Fellowship Program. He has spent his summers working for Senator John Cornyn in DC, working as a research assistant to an ND Economics professor, and participating in the Heritage Foundation's Young Leaders Program. He is excited to be a part of the Tocqueville Program.
