Jorge Plaza is a senior studying Philosophy and Economics with a minor in Constitutional Studies. Jorge comes from a family of 9, and since moving from Venezuela in 2005, his family has found a new home in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is the president of the Intercollegiate Studies Institute Notre Dame Chapter and is a Röpke-Wojtyła fellow with The Catholic University of America Busch School of Business. He also plays cello in the Notre Dame Symphony Orchestra and is a former lineman for the O'Neill interhall football team. This past summer, he worked at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty as a communications intern.
