Luke Thompson

Luke Thompson is a Pre-Doctoral Research Associate with the Center for Citizenship and Constitutional Government. Luke comes to the Center after having graduated from Notre Dame in May 2024 with a B.A. Program of Liberal Studies, political science, and theology. During his time as an undergraduate, the CCCG was a fitting home for Luke with his interests in political philosophy and constitutional thought. He looks forward to continuing to pursue these interests in his research conducted at the Center as a pre-doctoral fellow.

In addition to his research role, Luke looks forward to aiding with the communications, operations, events, and student engagement, as he hopes to help the Center continue and grow its important work that was so influential in his own time as a student at Notre Dame. As his position title suggests, he also hopes that his work with the Center will help prepare him for further education in the fields of law and politics.

Outside of Notre Dame, Luke is also an alumnus of the Hudson Institute Political Studies program and is originally from Flagstaff, AZ.
