Madelyn Stout is a senior from Tallahassee, FL, majoring in Political Science and English with a minor in Constitutional Studies. Ms. Stout returned this summer to the Executive Office of Governor Ron DeSantis where she interned underneath the General Counsel and legal team. Previously, she was an intern for Gubernatorial Appointments in the summer of 2022. Ms. Stout is also a 2023 Honors Fellow with the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, a Summer Honors Fellow with the American Enterprise Institute, and a graduate of the Heritage Foundation’s Academy. She is the President of the Network of enlightened Women (NeW) at Notre Dame and a proud Sorin Fellow with the de Nicola Center. Ms. Stout is grateful to the CCCG and the fellowship program for the opportunity to engage in community and conversation with her peers, professors, and visiting scholars.
