
Art Mitchell, Senior Deputy Director of Litigation and Policy at the National Redistricting Foundation, will join ACS for a conversation on the mid-decade redistricting efforts that have taken place across the country. This lecture will cover redistricting from a historical perspective, make a legal and political comparison between several different state approaches, and discuss what the future may hold with key cases currently before the U.S. Supreme Court.
