Silberman Chair in Constitutional Governance and Senior Fellow of AEI Adam White joins FedSoc for a conversation on the changing landscape of the administrative state in light of the Roberts Court. He will explore how the Court's decisions, especially in Loper Bright, reflect the vision of the Founders and their future implications on government and the economy.
