In celebration of Constitution Day, the Jack Miller Center and the Potenziani Program in Constitutional Studies present a lecture by Leslie F. Goldstein titled "The Constitutional Case that Brought Together Mexican Americans, Puerto Ricans, African Americans, Jewish Americans, and Japanese Americans."
Leslie F. Goldstein is the Judge Hugh M. Morris Professor Emerita in the Department of Political Science & International Relations at the University of Delaware. She is the co-author of The Constitutional and Legal Rights of Women (2006, with Judith Baer). Professor Goldstein has taught courses in constitutional law, civil liberties, gender and the law, and political thought. Her research focuses on law and courts in the global order, comparative women's rights, and the history of political philosophy.
