On December 14, Nicole Garnett, John P. Murphy Foundation Professor of Law and Associate Dean for External Engagement at Notre Dame Law School, published a Wall Street Journal article in which she argues that, despite many victories at the Supreme Court in recent years, religious freedom in the U.S. remains threatened. She specifically addresses the restrictions placed upon educational and charitable religious organizations, preventing them from contributing to the common good.
