Following the celebration of this ancient rite, in which God’s blessing is asked on all those who serve the law, Dr. Stephen Smith, Hillsdale College, will present a lecture entitled St. Thomas More on “Leading Citizenship”: Developing the Leaders Needed in Stormy Times at the Eck Commons in the Eck Hall of Law, University of Notre Dame.
