Leslie F. Goldstein, Judge Hugh M. Morris Professor Emerita in the Department of Political Science & International Relations at the Univeristy of Delaware.  She  has published The Constitutional and Legal Rights of Women (2006), co-authored with Judith Baer.  Professor Goldstein taught constitutional law and civil liberties; gender, sex and law; history of political philosophy; history of American political thought; politics and literature. Her research interests include the law and courts in the global order; comparative women’s rights; and the history of political thought.
